We source farmed Atlantic salmon from the world's leading regions, including Norway, Scotland, and the Faroe Islands, with additional supply from Canada, Chile, and Ireland as seasons and quality dictate. This range lets us maintain consistent, year-round availability while always sourcing from the region offering the best fish at any given time. Every supplier we work with is third-party audited and certified by world-class food safety organizations. We don't cut corners on sourcing, because the integrity of the fish depends entirely on the integrity of the people harvesting it.

How We Get It To You

Our seafood is flown into Miami and handled through our refrigerated cargo hub, where every shipment is kept cold, re-iced as needed, and built into customer-specific orders. From there we deliver by refrigerated truck to buyers across South Florida and nationwide—from the Southeast to the Mid-Atlantic, New York, Chicago, Texas, and beyond—combining the speed of air freight with careful cold-chain handling so your fish arrives in prime condition.
